DISC Personality Style Workbook

The DISC Personality Style workbook helps students to identify their personality style, motivational needs, strengths, potential limitations, ideal work environment, and especially, communication style. A better understanding of self and others will increase communication and cooperation amongst peers and helps each student to recognize their own needs and tendencies.

Leader's Guide

This Leader’s Guide provides strategies for:

  • Presenting materials from the StudentKeys Personality Style Workbook
  • Understanding the differences between D, I, S, and C personality types
  • Taking , scoring, and interpreting the DISC Personality Style test



Perceptual Learning Style Workbook

The Perceptual Learning Style workbook helps students identify the learning and teaching strategies that best suit their personality. To get the most out of their education, it is important that students know the differences between auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learners, and are empowered to seek out the study methods and classroom strategies that best complement their own unique style.

Leader's Guide

This Leader’s Guide provides strategies for:

  • Explaining the differences between visual, auditory or kinesthetic learning styles

Cognitive Thinking Style Workbook

The Cognitive Thinking Style workbook is designed to help students understand the various ways people think and process information. It explains the differences between four cognitive styles (literal, intuitive, theoretical, and experiential), and offers personalized tips to improve academic performance.

Leader’s guides were designed to help administer the assessment and workbook material in a one-hour time frame or longer. Leader’s guides cover each workbook’s contents, background theory, tips on class exercises, ideas for group discussions, and suggestions to get the most out of each workbook. The six leader’s guides are available separately or as a complete package.
